Von Zipper Elmore sunglasses are handmade in Italy; the frame is crafted from nylon grilamid and held together with stainless steel optical hinges. The base 6 spherical impact resistant polycarbonate lenses will protect your eyes with 100% UV protection.
6 Base Curvature - The base curvature corresponds to the curve of the lens. The higher the number, the higher the curve. 6 base styles have a “flatter” look. 8-9 base curves hug closer to the face.
Nylon Grilamid - These frames are borne from tempered steel molds. Grilamid nylon is flexible in all temperatures, shatter resistant, and possesses a high “memory” to ensure the frame retains its shape and fit.
Polycarbonate - UV400 protection lurks beneath the dark exterior of these lenses. VZ's polycarbonate lenses are distortion-free, optically correct and have maximum scratch and shatter resistance.
